The East High School Alumni Foundation (EHSAF) currently has an endowment fund of $4.5 million. In 2020 the fund awarded $186,700 in post-secondary scholarships to 87 students. Despite this admirable trend of success, the EHSAF is now seeking additional funds to reach more students and enhance the educational experience at East High.
Capital Campaign Scholarship Goal: $500,000
Reaching our goal will help us to:
- Expand existing post-secondary scholarships for East High graduating seniors based on a merit system that considers academic success, school attendance, school activities and post-graduation plans and goals.
- Establish a scholarship program for college sophomores, juniors and seniors that will result in less student debt, improved graduation rates, and more students served.
